Oologah, OK – In lieu of the drought conditions in the summer of 2011, Rural Water District No. 3, Rogers County (RWD #3) has completed 11 pipeline projects to prevent a repeat and to benefit the higher elevations. RWD #3 wants our customers to understand, although we have worked very diligently, we’ve not had time to complete all the extensive, planned projects.
Due to recent drought conditions, effecitive July 18th, RWD #3 has issued a notice to all its customers that it has implemented a MANDATROY WATER RATIONING for all Non-essential water usage: e.g. landscaping, yards, trees, gardens, car washing and pools.
