BID OPENING: 2:00 P.M. CENTRAL TIME, December 12, 2021
The Limestone Fire Protection District, hereinafter called the Owner, will receive Bids on:
Concrete Drive and Drainage Construction Services,
Fire Station #1
at the Limestone Fire Protection District Headquarters, located at 5262 East Highway 20, Claremore, Oklahoma 74019, and will be opened at 2:00 PM Central Time, December 12, 2021, and then publicly opened and read aloud at a designated place. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and marked “Sealed Bid – Bid # 2021-04 – Fire Station #1 Concrete and Grading Services”. Bids received after this time or more than ninety-six (96) hours excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays before the time set for the opening of bids will not be accepted. Bids must be turned in at the above office during the time period set forth. All interested parties are invited to attend.

The Contract Documents may be examined during normal office hours beginning November 15 , 2021, in the office of the Limestone Fire Protection District, Administrative Offices, 5262 East Highway 20, Claremore, OK 74019 and electronic copies may be obtained upon request.
Each Bid must be submitted in accordance with the “Requirements for Bidding and Instructions to Bidders” contained in the Request for Bid. Each Bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check, or bid bond equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid. Each Bid shall contain a completed Non-Collusion Affidavit and other documents, using the forms provided in the Request for Proposal. The Limestone Fire Protection District reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all Bids.
It is the responsibility of the vendor responding to this bid request to check the Limestone Fire Protection District website throughout the bidding period for any potential amendments that may be posted for this bid.
